FEATURESS

simultaneous coloring automatically for saving manpower, stock of ready-mixing material and keeiping lower material consumption.
Two ways material inlet base is designed to ensure more consisten & accurate mixing and to change materials quickly.
It can dose master-batch or additive accurately without mixer.
Using stepping motor to control RPM speed of dosing motor exactly and utmost accurate dosing.
The master-batch hopper equipped with material shortage alarm for convenient operation.
PLC & human-machine touch panel controller will calculate RPM speed properly and operate automatically by enering the molding data, it can save 20sets of molding data.
For the time of injection machine screw back is unstable, the dosing timer(IMD series)is designed to control the dosing time.
To ensure the color consistency of product, the RPM of master-batch doser(EMD series)will be controlled simultaneously by the RMP of extruder.

How to choose the injection type mastebatch dose (IMD series). For the best choice, please refer to following formula to clculate RPM value on trial and let the RPM value between 0.1 PRM=Weight of per shot(g) x Additional rate(%) x 60/ (sec.)
